Refund policy

At Boho Batua, each bag is handcrafted with attention to detail. As many of our products are limited-edition and handmade, we have a carefully curated refund policy.

Returns
* We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery only if:
* You receive a damaged or defective product.
* You receive the wrong item.
* ⁠To request a return, email us at bohobatua@gmail.com with your order number and an unboxing video/photos.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

* Customized or personalised orders
* Products purchased during clearance or final sale
* Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
* ⁠Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.
